In a Cool Evening Wind I hear the pure song of a Divine child. He sings: Oh, my God, my Father, with sacred bonds of unbreakable love I am bound to Your heart forever.

Once I was lost, deaf, mute and blind. With difficulty I found my way back to You, to my Father’s house. Tired of worldly nourishment, a hunger for Your Spirit forced me, seeking, back to Your protection.

I longed to wrap myself in the arms of You, my Father’s Circle of All-Wisdom. In the Cool Evening Wind I hear again the song of a once lost worldling. With his hands in prayer, in his hallelujah song of praise brought to God.

He sings: Once I valued my divine inheritance so very little. In gambling houses and brothels I almost destroyed my soul. Everywhere I sought approval there. But found only that my flesh would decay in rejection.

In the depths of my soul I longed for Truth, but in the splendour of the world I only found the lie. Pride and power were tied up in money for me.

Therefore I humbly found my way back to You, in time. As Your son, I am welcomed back and my finger once again adorns a Divine ring. Therefore, I want to gratefully bring my song of praise to You, in the Cool Evening Wind of Your love.
