Oh Father, hold me tight, so that I will not disintegrate. Hold me, or I will lose total control. Oh hold me, so that I can try again and again. Oh hold me, because I am here to learn more of Your Great Love.

Therefore teach me, oh Father, to murmur less. Teach me to not criticize others unfairly. Teach me to communicate in love and humility. Teach me not to cover up my own weaknesses and mistakes. Teach me to honour You, my El, through all my actions. In this way, to respect You sincerely with my entire way of life, as my Only God.

Oh Father, hold us tight. Look, through the church we were catechized into the lie. It is because of this that we so often speculate unnecessarily over Your big mercy. Teach us of Your great love, just more and more. So that we can turn our help towards others selflessly.

Oh Father, hold me. My life path is heavy and my heart is aching. Oh Father, hold me tight, you have formed me just out of dust. Oh hold me tight, I long for Your Light, Your Wisdom, and above all, Your Love, so soft and tender. Oh Father hold me, yes very firmly, because without Your love-grip around my heart, I will certainly disintegrate.
