I asked: Please specify to me, who is really my neighbor? The Spirit answered me: Look, once upon a time a stranger, a man of uncertain origin, went on a journey. He was attacked by robbers, he was robbed and hit and he was left for dead.

Then an Israelite, in the self-righteous form (a trait of character in each one of us) of a scribe-priest, passed him by without lending any help. Then a so-called chosen one, a Levite (also an Israelite) passed this poor, bleeding man in self-excuse (a trait of character in each one of us) yes, a Levite, who was supposed to live by the Will of Elohim, as an example to his compatriots.

But a certain Samaritan, who was also an Israelite, but who had different religion convictions (Samaritans left the temple to worship at the mountain of Moses) appeared on this scene. This man had a conscience, originating from God, as well as the Mercy and Compassion of His Spirit (traits of character also present in you) in him.

He felt dearly sorry for him, he mended his wounds and left him in the care of a good innkeeper at his own cost. With the promise to settle the outstanding bill on his journey back.

Therefore this trait of character inside you, oh human, should come to the aid of your neighbor in need without waiting, without questions or arguments regarding who is really your neighbor. Yes, because the law of love is written on the tables of your heart. You should, without waiting, do to others the same as what you would like to be done to you.

If the situation would have been the other way around, I just wonder if the so-fussy chooser of the neighbor would still be so extremely picky about who should be his neighbor, in the deplorable state in which he finds himself. Therefore no human has the right to decide who is the neighbor; only Me, your Elohim, who will bring a destitute neighbor across your path as a test, so that I can see which spirit reigns in you.

Therefore do not try to provoke Me any further regarding the term ‘neighbor.’ I say it to My children, who indeed understand My words. They know that there is a big difference between interbreeding and the practice of compassion. Therefore go forth and do to each one according to what you know; that in my Great mercy in Wisdom, I let My Sun of caring shine on everyone, good as well as evil. Through this, you completely fulfil the Law of Love.
